Select the Download tab, select the ACH FORM, fill it out and either email it to billing@gasdmo.com, fax it to 573-372-1242 or call the main office at 573-372-0042 to set up ACH. We also accept all major credit cards, however, there is a 3% surcharge that will be added to the payment.
